I recently purchased this item for my new house; still in the rough stages. We had a winter blizzard in Texas and the valve that was installed for the rough busted. I contacted the seller; received a quick response and solution. Would definitely continue to use them... very pleased.
Amazing
We love the ceiling rainfall and handheld shower wand. Great pressure and to our surprise you can have both on at the same time.

As far as looks wise and quality of most of the products its worth it. The rain head and hand wand along with faceplates are all good.
