Beautiful Table but Difficult to Put Together
Okay so the table looks BEAUTIFUL and it a decent price, HOWEVER, this was the worst thing to put together in my entire life. And I build all of our furniture and never have issues. The instructions are laughable. Super tiny pictures where you cannot see what is going on at all. It took about 20 minutes to realize that for the pedestal, you have to tighten both sides of the screw at the same time. I only figured this out because they give you two little wrenches, not because it mentions it anywhere. Also, I had to completely start over more than once because it does not say anywhere in the directions that certain parts of the pedestal need to be connected. Only after you flip it upside down (which is not how I assembled it) do you see that there are numbers that are supposed to match up.
Once assembled, the pedestal was VERY wobbly. There’s no adjustable feet or anything so it is really just trial and error for a while to get it right. If I can urge Homary to do anything, please consider some better instruction manuals. Other than that, that table is great quality and was packaged very nicely!
Overall, I do think it looks great it our room, but this probably took us 3 hours to assemble. It’s also a little bit of a stretch to fit 6 people here. I knew it would be a little tight, but the does feel smaller in person than it looks in pictures. If you really want an extendable option for 6 people, there’s another option from Homary that is similar that we almost got, but went with this one because we thought it would fit in the room better since it was slightly smaller.
