We searched for kitchen tables for months, looking at marble, quartz, granite, and any number of other table surfaces. When we found this sintered stone product we were intrigued. As it was available in multiple styles, it was just a matter of which one we would get. Shipping took a while, due to the issues at the docks in California, but it finally arrived. It was delivered on a crate to my front door, but we were able to unpack it and set it up in our kitchen. Assembly was quite easy. It fits our space nicely and the surface is very strong indeed. It almost has a metallic sound and feel to it, but knowing we can set anything on it and not have to worry is comforting. And cleanup is a breeze, as all we need to do is use a dishcloth with a little soap and water.
