Well packaged, easy assembly, beautiful colours and soft material. It’s a bit firmer than I expected but not too firm that it’s uncomfortable. The bed is nice and smooth with less lumps than I’ve felt in other sofa beds. Perfect for the office guest bedroom it resides in!
