What is Alma?

Alma is a Buy Now, Pay Later payment method available in France that gives you payment installment choices.

How payment plans work?

Alma is only available for payments between €50 and €3,000. The total transaction amount is typically spread equally across the installments, but Alma might occasionally charge customers more in the first installment based on the customer’s purchase power and other credit factors. The first payment is made at the time of purchase. Payment duration is every 30 days.

Pay in 2 installments: Pay in 2 interest-free payments.

Pay in 3 installments: Pay in 3 interest-free payments.

Pay in 4 installments: Pay in 4 interest-free payments.

Alma's eligibility requirements

In order for your request to be validated by Alma, it is necessary that you meet all Alma's eligibility requirements below:

• The amount of your purchase must be within the price range between €50 and €3,000.
• You must reside in mainland France.
• You must be of legal age.
• You must use valid payment cards issued by banks in France.
• Alma accepts Visa or Mastercard cards (Electron, Maestro, e-CB and prepaid CB cards are not accepted).
• Your card must be valid within 90 days of your first due date.
• Your personal information must be complete: first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number.

How to use?

Here are the steps to using Alma for installment payments:

1. Select Alma as your payment method at checkout.
2. You'll be redirected to Alma's platform to choose your installment payment option.
3. Follow the instructions to complete the payment process and enjoy the convenience of paying in installments.

After payment:

Once the payment has been validated, customers receive a confirmation email which includes a link to the Alma schedule. From this online payment schedule, you can pay your installments in advance, download a receipt, update/change your credit card and access Alma's privacy policy and terms of use. Customers will be notified by email 3 days before each new debit.

Refund

To obtain a refund for your purchase, you must first contact Homary customer service. In the event of a refund, any installments already paid will be refunded to the bank card used for the purchase, and any installments not yet paid will be cancelled.
